Providing European Car Service for Over 40 Years!
Welcome to Little Germany, Tucson’s best European car service and repair shop specializing in BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo, and Mini. Family owned and operated for over forty years, offering you personalized service, experienced technicians, clean facilities, free WIFI while waiting, honest work, and fair prices.
Little Germany was started by Dave and Vivian Lansing more than 40 years ago. After working at dealerships for years, Dave wanted to open his own business to offer an alternative for import owners. He’s had a great following ever since.
He and Vivian worked hard to build Little Germany into what it is today. Their daughter, Kelly, and son, Curtis, joined the business as soon as they could drive. Kelly worked in the front office and Curtis as a technician.
In 2016, Dave and Vivian retired, handing the reins of the business over to Kelly and Curtis.
Kelly handles the bookkeeping and helps customers, doing everything from checking in their vehicles to picking them up when finished.
Curtis has over 30 years of hands-on technical training experience including BMW, VW, Audi, Mini and Volvo, Bosch, BIMRS, WTI, and Autologic training courses. He still works on cars, but now handles the parts as well.
Chris has been the service manager here since 2004. Always talking to customers respectfully and attentively, he has built long standing relationships with personalized service. Knowledgeable and conscientious, he works hard to make sure your automotive problems are solved in a timely manner.
With automobiles becoming increasingly more complex, it requires technicians with both the mechanical and computer knowledge and experience to service and repair them. Our technicians are highly trained and certified with over 50 years of combined work experience. And with continuing education classes our technicians stay up-to-date on the newest diagnostic techniques and trends. We can diagnose and repair your vehicle with the latest diagnostic equipment and the best quality parts and fluids.
Auto repair has become more complex over the years and it requires the latest tools to be used. We have the best available software tools for BMW, Mini, Volkswagen, Audi, and Volvo. They have the capability to read the fault codes (check engine light, service engine soon light, and malfunction indicator light (MIL)) and diagnose problems.
We have an on-site parts department and online parts ordering, making it so most repairs can be completed the same day. We offer full service and repairs from oil changes to timing belts, brakes to batteries, air conditioning to running issues, and everything else in between.
We offer you a one-stop alternative. All of our records are computerized, so with a couple of clicks we can answer any questions about your service history. When are you due for your next oil change? Timing belt? We can keep you informed. Any maintenance services we perform maintain your original manufacturer factory warranty since we follow all of the manufacturer’s standards and service guidelines. We even work with your aftermarket warranty company when repairs are needed.
You will find that our service manager, Chris, will explain thoroughly everything about the repairs being done on your car. We require your authorization on all repairs. We have state of the art diagnostic equipment and trained technicians to make repairing your vehicle done quickly and correctly.
We have an early bird and after hours key drop for your convenience. You may use the After Hours Form under the Contact button to fill out your repair request, then print to bring with you.
We are a Bosch Authorized Service Center which offers our customers a nationwide warranty and gives us access to proper technical information and training through Bosch USA.
We are happy to provide you with the personalized service you and your car need. Please give us a call and let us show you how German car service & European car service should be!
