Where should I park?
Park in any available space in the front lot. Please do not block the gate area.
What is the after hours drop-off procedure?
There is an Early Bird Box mounted to the wall to the right of the main glass door entrance. There are envelopes and pens so you can fill out the description of the work to be done. Please include your phone number. Please lock your car, place your keys inside the envelope and seal it. Then drop the envelope through the mail slot in the steel door to the right of the Early Bird Box. Or if you would like to print or fill out the form on our site. How should I get my car towed in?
We trust Red and White Towing. If it is during business hours please call us and we will arrange towing with you. If it is after hours or on the weekend, please call Red & White Towing directly at (520) 881.2277 and arrange the tow to our facility. If you have AAA, they require that you call them directly to arrange a tow.
Can you give me a ride?
We offer a courtesy shuttle in a limited area. Please give us a call for more information.
Where should I get a rental car?
We have arranged a discounted rate with Enterprise Rent-a-Car for customers that have their car in for service. We will be glad to reserve a rental for you when you drop off your car for service. They are about a mile away.
What is the best method of payment?
We accept cash, checks under $300.00 (Arizona banks only with a valid driver's license), Debit (VISA/MC), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bosch Service Credit Card and Discover credit cards.
How do I apply for a Bosch Service Credit Card?

How long can I leave my car at your facility?
If you cannot pick up your car within 10 days of the repairs completion, please make arrangements with our service manager. After ten days, we will charge $10.00 per day storage charges.
Do you do factory warranty work?
We do not provide service under factory warranties.
Do you do aftermarket warranty work?
Yes. We will be glad to diagnose and contact the warranty company for you. Once payment has been issued we can release the car to you. Please be aware that some repair or parts may not be covered under an aftermarket warranty, and you might be responsible for a balance due for the repair. We will contact you with what the warranty company will pay for when we get an authorization.
Do you install customer supplied parts?
No. Due to high failure rate, and lack of recourse for both parties should the part fail, we do not install third party parts. If there is something specific or unusual you want or need for your car, please contact us.
