Where should I park?
Park in any available space in the front lot. Please do not block the gate area.
What is the after hours drop-off procedure?
We have an Early Bird Box mounted to the wall to the right of the main glass door. Envelopes and pens are available. Include your phone number, lock your car, place your keys in the envelope, seal it, and drop it through the mail slot in the steel door.
How should I get my car towed in?
We trust Red & White Towing: (520) 881-2277. During business hours, please call us first at (520) 881-3273. After hours or on weekends, call Red & White directly. AAA customers must call AAA to arrange the tow.
Can you give me a ride?
We offer a courtesy shuttle in a limited local area. Please call us at (520) 881-3273 for more information.
Where should I get a rental car?
We have arranged a discounted rate with Enterprise Rent-a-Car for customers with their vehicle in for service. We'll reserve a rental when you drop off.
What is the best method of payment?
We accept Cash, CFNA cards, Debit (Visa/MC), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How long can I leave my car at your facility?
If you cannot pick up within 10 days of repair completion, please make arrangements with our service manager. After 10 days, a $10/day storage charge applies.
Do you do factory warranty work?
No. We do not provide service under factory warranties.
Do you do aftermarket warranty work?
Yes. We diagnose and contact the warranty company on your behalf. Once payment is issued, your car is released. Some repairs or parts may not be covered — you may be responsible for the balance. A $250 administrative fee applies for handling aftermarket warranty claims.
Do you install customer supplied parts?
No. Due to high failure rates and lack of recourse if a part fails, we do not install third-party parts. Please call us at (520) 881-3273 if you need something specific.
